Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your shades for a new style or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely pack your items in their original case.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
