What is the Shady Rays Lost and Broken Protection?
We stand behind our eyewear. If you lose or break your shades, we will replace them for just the cost of shipping and handling. This protection applies to up to two replacements per pair purchased.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition for a full refund.
Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?
Yes, all Shady Rays sunglasses provide 100% UV400 protection, shielding your eyes from both UVA and UVB rays while maintaining high-quality optical clarity.
Can I get prescription lenses in my Shady Rays?
Selected frames are available with prescription options through our specialized Rx program. Look for the 'Prescription' tag on our product pages for compatible styles.
